TexMex Chicken Spaghetti
Happy Monday Y’all! I know, Monday’s are probably not your favorites! But it’s the perfect weekday to make a delicious easy dinner! I have the perfect easy meal idea for y’all! TexMex Chicken Spaghetti is so quick and easy! Also, it is a one pot meal! Music to my ears!
TexMex Chicken Spaghetti,
1 pound of chicken, cut into cubes
1 pound of Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 block of cream cheese, cut into cubes
16 ounces of spaghetti noodles
1 jar of green salsa verde
1 can of Rotel
16 ounces of stock
1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
In a large pot, brown the chicken. Add the taco seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the stock into the pot. Add in the Spaghetti noodles, I break mine in half.
Then add in the Velveeta, cream cheese, jar of green salsa verde, and can of Rotel.
Simmer over medium heat, until the noodles are cooked al dente.
