Sweet and Tangy Potato Salad

Are y'all looking for the best side dish to wow your friends and family? Well, this yummy Sweet and Tangy Potato Salad recipe is the one! It is perfect for all of your get togethers, picnics, and holidays we will be enjoying this Springtime.

I am always thinking of something easy and fast to bring to pot-lucks. That describes my Sweet and Tangy Potato Salad perfectly! All of those boiled eggs y'all colored for Easter will work great in this dish!

Sweet and Tangy Potato Salad


2 pounds of russet potatoes, peeled, diced, and boiled until fork tender

10 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes

2 sprigs of green onion, sliced

Sauce Ingredients:

1 cup of mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of yellow mustard

4 tablespoons of pickle relish

1/4 cup white sugar, or to taste, we like ours pretty sweet, and will use a 1/3 cup of sugar sometimes, haha!

Add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Then carefully toss everything together with a spatula, until everything is coated in the glorious sauce! Be careful not to turn everything into mush!
