Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cookies
We are having one of those days, where it’s a mixture of work, and fun. The work part, meaning chores, are getting done around here. The fun part, are these cookies!
My favorite treat is cookies, without a doubt! I also doubt there are many cookies out there, that I don’t like! These cookies, what can I say, besides peanut butter, and chocolate...yum!! What’s not to love?! And this family especially loves peanut butter!
For those of you out there, that are also peanut butter fans, please proceed! For those of you who aren’t fans, perhaps my lemony white chocolate chip cookies are more up your alley? Either way, enjoy some cookies friends!
1 Cube of Butter
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Corn Starch
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
First cream together the butter, sugar, egg and peanut butter.
Then mix in the flour, corn starch, baking soda and salt.
Lastly, is your chocolate chips. Y’all know how much I love chocolate. So, I like to add in extra for myself, but my husband prefers only 1 cup of chocolate. Sometimes I add in less for him.... Sometimes.
Plop little balls of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet, and bake these Peanut butter Chocolate cookies at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
How much chocolate do y'all like in your cookies? A little or a lot? Have fun eating these delicious Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies! They are the perfect combination of peanut butter, and chocolate!
