Christmas Cranberry Crepes

I just love everything about this time of year! Even breakfast can be special! These Christmas Cranberry Crepes are so beautiful and festive! Plus I love all the praise I receive when I make them. For some reason Daddy Bear thinks I'm going out of my way when I put these lovely crepes in front of him! The little bears love them too! Give them a try! They are easy to make 😉 and perfect for Christmas time!

Crepes ingredients:

4 eggs

2 cups of flour

2 1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup canola oil

2 tablespoons of sugar

1/4 teaspoon of salt

Filling:

Nutella

Dried cranberries

Topping:

Fresh whipped cream

Fresh Cranberries

Syrup

Blend the Crepe ingredients together in your food processor, until smooth.

Then heat, medium-low heat, and grease your pan. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan, until the bottom is covered. After about 2 minutes, flip it over, and cook another 2 minutes. Keep going until you use up all the batter! Don't worry if your first ones don't turn out quite right, you'll get the hang of it!

Fill each crepe with Nutella, and dried cranberries! Then smother the top with whipped cream, and fresh cranberries! Don't forget to drizzle on syrup, and sprinkle with powdered sugar!
