Cowboy Dinner! This is another one of my mom's recipes we grew up having for dinner! It's delicious, and a perfectly easy weeknight dinner.
Here's what you need,
1 pound of hamburger meat
1 can of black beans
1 can of chili beans
1 can of drained corn
1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon of steak seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
First cook your hamburger meat, with the steak seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Once the hamburger has browned, add in the can of black beans, can of chili beans, and the can of drained corn.
Simmer everything together!
Then serve this Cowboy Dinner with tortilla chips, sour cream, and shredded cheese! Let us know what you think of this quick dinner idea?!
