New Mommy Gifts
Two of my beautiful friends just added little ones to their families, and I couldn't be more excited for them! This is always a special time in your life, getting to finally meet your new little one, enjoying cuddles and sweet little baby hands and feet. It is also one of the most exhausting times in your life! The new little one doesn't usually sleep well right off the bat, getting up in the night for feedings and if this isn't your first one, then your making sure older siblings are adjusting to the big change. It can take a toll on mom! So I put together these new mommy gifts for my two special friend
These are the items that I thought would be a great pick-me-up!
-EOS had lotion
-Face mask
-Bath bomb
-Chocolate!
- 2 containers
-Paper grass
Now, Lets start putting these together! I got all of my supplies at Target, making it easy peasy.
Add a little bit of the paper grass, so that not all your cute items sink to the bottom.
Next comes the milk chocolate! I don't know why, but both times I had my babies, afterwards, I CRAVED chocolate! Another friend said she was searching the whole house for her kids hidden candy, so I'm guessing it's not just me. My little one might have snuck a few while I was making these...I couldn't say no. I used Dove milk chocolate, to me, Dove chocolate is one of the best chocolates, so I may have snuck one or two myself!
I feel like I always have dry hands, so these EOS lotions have become my good little friends. Plus they smell wonderful too, without being over powering. I placed the EOS lotion upside down and used part of the packaging to help anchor it in. Perfect!
Then comes the face mask. You can stick the face mask behind the lotion and use the lotion to hold it there. I chose a mask that I figured is universally liked. It's coming along nicely and looking so cute!
I love bath bombs, so I threw one of those in there, for when they are ready to use it. Aren't those some pretty, bright colors? Thats all there is to it!
If you want to, you can leave them as cute as they are, or add a fun sign!
All it is, is scrapping booking paper, letter stickers and a fun decorative clothes pin. There you have it!
